“QTin, a devotional guiding many souls to Jesus Christ, restoring the broken families, and reviving the church”국내외에 계신 외국인 독자분들과 영어성경으로 말씀을 묵상하고 싶은 분들을 위해 《큐티인》 영문판이 종이책과 eBook으로 발간되었습니다. 《QTin》은 성경을 구속사적으로 읽기 원하고, 성경적 가치관으로 변화되기 원하는 청장년층을 대상으로 하는 월간 말씀묵상지입니다.
《큐티인》 한글판은 2012년 창간된 후로 지난 10년간 수많은 영혼을 구원으로 이끌고, 깨어진 가정을 중수하며, 교회를 부흥시킨 말씀묵상지입니다. 성경의 원리를 삶의 전반에 적용시켜 복음 안에서 경건한 성도의 삶을 추구할 수 있도록 구속사적인 ‘본문해설’을 제공하고, 그날의 큐티 본문에 근거한 평신도들의 진솔한 묵상과 회개와 적용이 담긴 ‘간증’이 매일 수록되어 있습니다. 보다 깊이 있는 공동체 큐티나눔을 위한 ‘소그룹 큐티 나눔’(Group QT Sharing)을 통해 청 또한 장년층의 영적 성장을 돕습니다.
큐티엠(큐티선교회, Question Time Movement)에서는 장년에서부터 청소년, 어린이, 영유아에 이르기까지 모든 세대가 한 말씀으로 날마다 묵상하는 것을 돕고자 2013년에는 《청소년 큐티인》을, 2014년에는 초등학생을 위한 《어린이 큐티인》을 차례로 창간한 바 있으며, 여기에도 청소년과 어린이 필자들의 생생한 묵상간증이 실려 있습니다. 그리고 2016년 1월에는 미취학 아동을 위한 《새싹 큐티인》을 창간하여 전 세대가 같은 말씀으로 묵상하도록 돕고 있습니다.
더불어 영어권에 있는 해외 독자들의 수요가 점점 늘어남에 따라 2019년 9월에는 영문판 《QTin》이 eBook으로 창간되었고, 2020년 1월부터는 종이책으로도 발간되고 있습니다. 《QTin》은 국내외 독자들에게 구속사적인 말씀묵상 운동을 전하고자 40여 명의 필진과 편집부가 섬기고 있습니다. 《QTin》을 통해 한국뿐만 아니라 해외에서도 성도가 살아나고, 가정이 회복되며, 교회가 새롭게 되는 열매가 맺히기를 기대합니다.
《QTin》 English edition has been published in the form of a paper book and an eBook for those who live in the country and abroad, who wish to meditate on Scripture. 《QTin》 is a monthly devotional press release for adults who wish to read the Bible with a perspective of redemptive history, and to change their perspectives into spiritual ones.
《QTin》, issued by QTM (Question Time Movement) in 2012, was first a devotional book with a scriptural interpretation based on redemptive history and the personal testimonies of about sixty laypersons of the church. While monthly publishing with those testimonies and stories for Wooridle Church members, from January 2018, 《QTin》 4-piece series has been on sale at the public bookstores nationwide due to the increase in subscribers outside the church and even in Korea.
To help all generations to meditate on the Word of God every day, QTM has published 《QTin Teens》 (Korean) in 2013, 《QTin Kids》 (Korean) in 2014, and 《QTin Sprouts》 (Korean) in 2016 with the vivid testimonies from the readers, both kids and parents.
Moreover, the increasing number of readers and subscribers from outside Korea, mainly from the English-speaking world, the English 《QTin》 has been published in the form of an eBook since September 2019, and started as a paper book in January 2020. QTM is devoted to spreading the QT movement to guide a soul to Jesus Christ, restore many broken families, and revive the church.

저는 결혼을 준비하며 처음에는 저희 수준에 맞는 전셋집을 얻을 계획이었습니다. 그러나 “장기적으로 봤을 때 서울 아파트는 꾸준히 우상향이다”, “처음에 어떻게 시작하는지가 중요하다” 등 무리해서라도 집을 사라는 직장 상사들의 말에 휘둘리게 되었습니다. 불안한 마음에 저는 출퇴근길 내내 부동산 관련 정보를 찾아 보며 골몰했습니다. 그러던 중 주일에 교회 근처 카페에서 우연히 한 지체를 만났습니다. 저보다 먼저 결혼한 그 지체는 부동산에 관한 제 고민을 듣고 “신혼집은 소그룹 예배를 드리기 위한 공간이야, 그러니 예배할 처소를 허락해 달라고 기도하면 좋겠어”라고 말했습니다. 그 조언에 세상 소식에 불안해하고 고민했을 뿐 한 번도 기도하지 않았던 제 모습을 직면하게 되었습니다. 그리고 신혼집을 예배의 처소로 생각하지 못하고 자산 증식을 위한 수단으로만 생각했기에 불안했다는 것을 깨달았습니다. 천부장은 죽을 위기에 놓인 바울을 잡아 결박하라고 명령하며 로마 군대의 영내로 데려갑니다(행 21:33-34). 결과적으로 이것은 바울을 보호하는 일이 되었습니다. 하나님이 바로의 딸을 통해 모세를 건지시고, 요나단을 통해 다윗을 도우시며, 로마 천부장을 통해 바울의 생명을 보호하신 것처럼 저를 힘들고 두렵게 하는 사건을 통해 구원을 이루시는 것을 기억하겠습니다. 부부가 하나 되어 예배하며 공동체를 섬길 수 있는 처소를 주시길 기도하겠습니다.
- 11월 3일 묵상간증 중에서While preparing for marriage, I initially planned to rent an apartment that fit our budget. But I got swept up by my supervisors’ advice to buy a place no matter what: “Long term, Seoul apartments keep going up,” and “How you start is what matters.” Their words got to me. Feeling anxious, I spent my entire commute obsessing over real estate information. Then, one Sunday, I happened to run into a church member at a cafe near my church. He had gotten married before me, and after hearing my concerns about buying a house, he said, “A newlywed home is a place for holding small group worship. I think you should pray for God to provide a place where you can worship.” That advice made me face the fact that I’d been anxious and worried about worldly news but had never once prayed about it. I realized I was anxious because I’d been thinking of our newlywed home only as a means to build wealth, not as a place of worship. Later in the passage, the commander, realizing Paul’s life was at risk, arrested him and had him taken into the Roman barracks (Acts 21:33–34). What seemed like trouble turned out to be God’s protection. Just as God saved Moses through Pharaoh’s daughter, helped David through Jonathan, and preserved Paul’s life through the Roman commander, I want to remember the God who works salvation even through the things that trouble and frighten me. I pray that God will give us a home where we can be one, worship him, and serve the church community.
- ‘November 3 Testimony’저는 어릴 때부터 늘 사랑과 인정을 갈망했습니다. 누군가에게 좋은 친구가 되려면 무슨 말을 하든지 공감해 주어야 한다고 생각했습니다. 고등학생 때, 한 친구가 함께 어울리던 무리 친구들의 험담을 제게 잔뜩 늘어놓았을 때도 ‘내가 이 말에 공감을 해 주어야 이 친구가 나를 제일 좋아할 거야’라는 생각에 그 말에 동조하여 같이 욕을 했습니다. 그러나 오히려 그 친구는 제가 다른 친구들의 험담을 했다며, 그 무리의 친구들과 함께 저를 욕하기 시작했습니다. 난처해진 저는 제 힘으로 이 일을 해결하고 관계를 풀어 보려고 사과도 하고 대화하려고도 해 보았지만 잘되지 않았고, 그 무리 친구들과의 관계는 깨진 채 다른 친구들과 어울렸습니다. ... 저는 여러 관계 가운데서 겪은 고난을 계기로 교회 소그룹 지체들에게 위로받고, 하나님 말씀으로 그 고난을 해석할 수 있게 되었습니다. 그리고 하나님보다 친구, 제 힘과 방법을 더 믿고 의지했던 교만함도 회개했습니다. 이후로 하나님은 마음을 나눌 친구가 없어 불안해하는 제게 잘 맞는 교회 친구들과 청년부 미디어팀, 청소년부 교사라는 섬김의 자리를 주심으로 저를 조금도 상하지 않게 지켜 주고 계십니다(행 28:5). 앞으로도 저와 함께하시며 저를 지켜 주시는 하나님을 믿으며 두려워하지 않고 말씀과 교회 공동체의 권면에 순종하겠습니다(행 28:5-6).
- 11월 20일 묵상간증 중에서Since I was young, I’ve always longed for love and approval. I thought that to be a good friend, I had to agree with whatever someone said. In high school, when a friend gossiped to me about our friend group, I joined in and spoke ill of them, thinking, “If I agree with her, she’ll like me best.” Instead, she started to speak ill of me with the same friend group, saying that I had gossiped about them. I was in a difficult situation. I tried to resolve it and fix the relationships on my own by apologizing and trying to talk to them, but it didn’t work out. My relationships with that friend group were broken, so I hung out with other friends instead. ... Because of the hardships I experienced in various relationships, I was comforted by my church small group members, and I was able to interpret these hardships with God’s word. I also repented for my pride in trusting and relying on my friends, my own strength, and my own methods more than God. Since then, God has been protecting me without any harm (Acts 28:5) by giving me good friends from my church with whom I can share my heart, as well as a place to serve on the young adult media team and as a middle school teacher. I will continue to trust in God, who is with me and protects me, and I will not be afraid to obey his word and the advice of my church community (Acts 28:5-6).
